Newly completed living van/shepherd's hut for sale. This is another lovingly, craftsman built van by expert carpenter and enthusiast Trevor Shingler.

It’s built on a well designed heavy duty Taskers of Andover Pole Trailer chassis with Ackerman steering, which has been re-sprayed with Hammerite. It has a heavy-duty removable iron drawbar with pneumatic tyres.

The van's dimensions are:

13’ 9” by 7’ overall outside (including front canopy)

10' 9" by 6’ 4”inside.

Overall height 10’ 2”

Internal height 6’ 10”’ at lowest point.

All the framing and exterior timber is pressure treated. Detachable steps are included. It has a stable door with stained glass window and ornate hinges. There is a further stained glass window in the rear panel plus a double glazed window which makes it very pleasant inside. The exterior is finished in forest green, with interior finish a clear lacquer. The sides are 3" x 2" framing with pine t&g inside and out. The roof is cambered with curved rafters then boarded over with t&g including the roof which is covered in ½" plywood with Zinc-Tech finish.

The floor, walls and roof are fully insulated.

There is a fuse board with 3 double sockets and mains hook-up. There are also 3 decorative interior wall lights and an exterior light over canopy.
