6 inch Burrell for sale
6 inch Burrell single cylinder agricultural traction engine for sale,commercially built in 2010 by David Page Engineering and steamed by me over the last three rally seasons.Based on a 8 nhp engine its a large model and weighs 2080 kilos boiler (half full and tender full )so can be legally towed on a trailer with a Land rover or Discovery.Its a good steamer,plenty of power, and has been fitted with vulcanised tyres,two adults can easily ride on it. The rears wheels are 43 inches in diameter over the tyres .Boiler cert until November,and road registered.Two speed gearing.

I always wanted an engine,but by the time I had the equipment to make one there was not the time left to build one,so I bought one and achieved a dream,but to be realistic it was still too late in life and now I have run out of energy to run and maintain it and it has to be sold. please phone for further details and price. tel Nigel 01962 772203 Hampshire
