Engineering Books

I have a couple of old engineering books that may be of interest to T-T members.
Engineering design by taylor and Wrigley and published by Pitmans originally in 1939 but this is a third edition . It includes drawings and calculations for all sorts of relevant things (at the time) including a rather nice portable hydraulic riveter (squeeze type) so you could use it to build your own! £10 + P&P. Book is in very good condition.

Machine Drawing by T.Jones . Can't find a date but it must be early 1900's given by the contents . It shows drawings of many steam engine components , gas engines and workshop equipment . There are some lovely coloured plates (the type that normally gets removed and put in picture frames!) . Another book from the days when people could draw without using a computer.
This is a cloth bound book and is in very good condition. £10 + P&P.

Please e-mail if you need any more information. msmith988@btinternet.com
