Great Northern Steam Fair 10-13 april

We have just booked a holiday in a house only a few miles from Beamish that weekend so we can visit, very much looking forward to our first visit....

I think that I'll try and get over for this event, depends on work etc.
There are several things that I will want to photograph...........

Accommodation booked. It's 20 years or more since my last visit so I guess there may have been a few changes! Looking forward to the event.

Will be there with the little Wallis while the big engine is in dry dock

I'm going too bob! should be quite a few TT members by the sounds of it!!

I'm driving up, leaving 5am Thursday. Staying Thursday night/Friday night. Is there any chance of evening activity in Beamish?

There is a night time photo shot sometimes, but you need to buy a ticket if it is on..

Otherwise museum closes 5 pm..

We also have 'the Edwardians at Play' which takes place the week before, it is going to be a busy month.......
