Tom Barlow Road Run 2013

The last of the season for us. It was a beautiful day and the engines and people turned out in numbers. Only visited 2 pubs this year as we were banned from one of them for some reason. It was good to meet up with old friends and make new ones..

Photo No 15, the two Wills, Woodward & Dakin and little Lennie, an awesome photo, haunting to a certain extent, well done David, unlike however photo No 4, this surely cannot be me? I was ether very cold on my maiden run on the recently purchased tractor or was suffering from wind, in either case, rest assured Mr Bloor, I will get my own back lol

Glad to see the back of me head and my dog making an appearance

Shall we open a book on the landlord at the Wheatsfeaf still being in business next year if he treats his clients like that!

The Wheatsheaf was OK, it was The Jolly Thresher that was the problem

I've looked through these photo's 20 times and I can't see a dog anywhere or is that a euphemism for something else?

Daisy Do's head quite visible in the fourth from the bottom

I didn't expect the dog to be airborne. Is this Daisy Doo being interviewed by Alan Porter? Or he could be talking to Sam's new bob hat, knitted by his short sighted aunt?

Is it the same dog in the second photo?

Daisy came with the endearing habit of sitting on your shoulders - so is a well known photographic attraction around the rally scene.

I have run out of responses to comments about parrots.

The nice lady with the year old russell was good company and proved - as always - have dog, will always have company!

Her claims to fame so far -

getting one leg onto the seat control button and thereby very efficiently compacting Martin between the seatback and the dashboard.

The same day selecting tiptronic in the TBird - 8,000 revs - stuck in first gear and couldn't shake off the Foden behind me

Getting under the same motor last year and therefore earning the nickname billion dollar dog, or bionic dog, and getting her own facebook page as a result. As you can see - thanks to Cheshire Surgeons of Preston Brook - an A1 repair was achieved.

She seemed quite at home sitting on George's Clayton later on!
