Boiler Barrel
 

Does anyone have a piece of unused boiler barrel of approximately the following dimensions:
400 mm external diameter.
10 mm or thicker wall.
720 mm length
I'm not too fused if the dimensions are a little bit off these as this is for a freelance project so there is a bit of licence in the design .
Barrel can be seamless tube or rolled and welded but must have a certificate.
