100's of vehicles drove from the showground into the town centre and brought Driffield to a standstill for a few hours. Thousands of people came out for the evening and usually they raise £1000's for Yorkshire cancer research.

Driffield Road Run
 

Just to let everyone know, we managed to raise £2700 for Cancer Research during the road run. My thanks to all who took part and to the members of Driffield Branch for Cancer Research. Not forgetting the dedicated section heads who form the rally committee who's hard work over the last ten months resulted in another successful rally and road run . Last year we managed to make donations to ten charities which I hope we will be able to repeat this year.
