Looking for engines
 

We are currently looking for both miniature and full size engines at Berrybrook Steam.
Either to buy or sell on commission.

Don't forget we will sell full size on commission.

All engines will be considered.

Hi, I have got two you can have, one is a 6" Ruston Proctor sd by LSM and the other is a 4" Burrell scc showmans engine.

Hi can you tell me the asking price for the Burrell please,as I am not a dealer I should be able to offer a lot more than a dealer who often ups the selling price by 50%.Also does it have a current boiler certificate and what is its general condition ?Can you send any photos?I can arrange collection if a deal can be struck.Thanks

Oh really?? If that was the case I don't think that dealer would be in business very long. It is a good thing for the steam movement that this doesn't happen.

Took engine to Berrybrook yesterday, deal done very very helpful and I feel I got a good price bearing in mind they are dealers and needed to make money as all business do.
