The Star of the road run without doubt the little Yorkshire wagon! It kept plodding along, flew up the hills! Shame not all of the Showmans reached the end! Weather was great, Scenary great and the Engines looked great too! Good day, we dont have hills like that down here!

I visited on Saturday and thought it was the best rally I had visited in a long time with plenty to see, perfect weather (a little too hot for some) and a perfect backdrop. My only complaint, as is with many rally nowadays - a few too many showlers!
A selection of some of my favourites (taken on t'iphone, so quality nowhere near that of David's above): http://www.steamscenes.org.uk/tti/12/232_0078.jpg http://www.steamscenes.org.uk/tti/12/232_0079.jpg http://www.steamscenes.org.uk/tti/12/232_0080.jpg http://www.steamscenes.org.uk/tti/12/232_0081.jpg http://www.steamscenes.org.uk/tti/12/232_0082.jpg http://www.steamscenes.org.uk/tti/12/232_0083.jpg http://www.steamscenes.org.uk/tti/12/232_0084.jpg http://www.steamscenes.org.uk/tti/12/232_0085.jpg http://www.steamscenes.org.uk/tti/12/232_0086.jpg http://www.steamscenes.org.uk/tti/12/232_0087.jpg http://www.steamscenes.org.uk/tti/12/232_0090.jpg http://www.steamscenes.org.uk/tti/12/232_0091.jpg |
