Brown & May Day - 14th July 2013
BROWN & MAY DAY ENGINEERS, IRON & BRASS FOUNDERS, BOILER MAKERS & GENERAL MACHINISTS. Brown & May closed its’ doors to customers in 1913. It stood in Eastcourt Street, Devizes. To commemorate this firm and celebrate its’ products, there will be a display on Sunday 14th July 2013 10am - 5pm at Devizes Trailer Centre, London Road, Devizes SN10 2EP The display will include 14 full sized engines including; portable steam engines, steam tractor, steam showmans engine; steam models; oil engine and other items produced at North Wilts Foundary. Free entry. Everybody welcome. Local parking.
