South Hams Working Weekend 2012

Had a nice day yesterday near Kingsbridge in South Devon. 4 full size engines on site, all working. Loads to see if you're interested in tractors and farm machinery too! Loads of pictures here:

But here's a few:

A bit of a narrow gate to the ploughing field to test your reversing skills!

Thanks Steve for the photo's, appeared to have been a nice event. What looks good is that appears to be no safety fencing around, leave it to the public to be safe, Just as it should be.
Regards
Arthur

there is a little bit of camera trickery... the threshing and woodsawing was behind fencing, but it was all very laid back all the same!

I was there both days with my panther ( motorcycle) it is always a good show if you like tractors. as Steve says it is fairly laid back. Managed to buy a cast iron tractor seat I want to put on the 4.5inch and an acetylene cycle lamp, and I spoke to a bloke who remembered my bike from an accident it was in when it was newish in the fifties. you can't make this s..t up!
