Asbestos Type string
 

Does any one have a coil of Asbestos type string or know where to get some from or what ever the equivalant is.

Pat, there is one in my shed.

I just tease out a short length of modern Klinger gland packing into nice lengths of string
Much better than that old asbestos stuff
