It was anticipated to be a small show so we had no expectations. The arena was out of bounds because of the wet but what a smashing day out. It was a very relaxed affair with plenty of opportunity to sit and chat to old and new friends. A birthday was celebrated amongst the minatures and the sun shone all afternoon. We went along with our daughter and grandaughter so we looked for things to entertain them but grandaughter loved the engines. I was kindly invited to steer on an engine which had a name beginnining with 'F' so it was close enough so Mrs davidje took most of the photo's. The first person to say the photo's are an improvement gets no cake.

Great seeing the next generation involved. Thats what its all about.

Hope your Grandaughter had a nice time on they engines, Lewis was that age when he started now look at him. Glad you had a good time steering Patricia-B. Come and see us at a few more rallies.

We all enjoyed it. I've ordered a few prints for when we next see you. Lewis is a great lad, he looked after me very well, you must be very proud of him. His only advice was "Remember to keep steering right". It was good advice seeing as how we were going round in a clockwise circle.

Or did he mean keep hold of the steering wheel.;):D
