Corbridge Steam Rally 9th &10th June 2012
 

This is an annual event, started 35 years ago, always held in June, nowadays at the Rugby Club field in Corbridge, Northumberland.

I went along on Sunday 10th and took a few photos despite the rain (and mud) - wellies were obligatory. The engines were on hard standing, you will see why from the state of the field.

Shame about the weather I have enjoyed this rally a good few times over the years.
Decided not to go this year due to weather personal resons hope for better weather next year.

Yeah good rally pity about the rain highlight for me was sunday when fowler Sandy pulled 4 engines he must've been feeling fit
i thought he was'nt stopping til he got to Hexham.

We dropped in on the Saturday - it was muddy, but interesting all the same.

Because of the state of the field the heavy stuff was on the hardstanding and because of the weather a lot of the cars/commercials were missing......
