Isn't the Freck actually a Keck Gonnermann? Being the one which has all the boiler reinforcing plates fitted to it that used to be owned by that chap out in Lincolnshire?

Is it safe to go near yet?

Last I heard, its then current isnpector had condemmed many of the 'repairs'.

I take it has all been rectified by now?

Not sure about that, but the engine was not in steam.
