4 ft. 6 in. six-spoked flywheel or pattern needed

Does anyone have a 4 foot 6 inch, six-spoked flywheel for sale or a pattern for one?
Shaft diameter is 3 3/4 inch.

Is there any offset on this flywheel , and what rimwidth do you need ? These are both important dimensions .
