Flywheel brass ring

Looking for a flywheel brass ring 11" - 12" diameter suitable for a 22 1/2" flywheel on my 6" Burrell road loco. Has anyone got one lurking in a corner? I have one suitable for a 4" scale engine if anyone wants one of those.

Ragsdale sells them as I have one for my 6" Burrell, it will need machining all over, I did mine on a manual lathe so easily possiable.
