Tinkers Park Open Day - Saturday 24th September
 

This Saturday is the annual Open Day at Tinkers Park, Hadlow Down, East Sussex. As well as the steamable engines from the collection most of the dead engines will also be dragged out and on display. In addition there will be various visiting engines on site for the Sussex Steam Engine Club road run to Waldron the following day.

Rack and push saw benches will be in operation, powered by visiting engines, winching demonstrations will be given by ploughing engine and Sentinel timber tractor and engine and trailer rides will be available. Additionaly the Great Bush narrow guage railway will be steam hauled.

The vent is open from 10 - 5 and admission is adults £4, children £1.
