Tinkers Park, June 4th/5th
 

The 46th annual Tinkers Park Steam Rally takes place this coming weekend at Hadlow Down, East Sussex.

The Trust's unique Tasker roller with the five section front roll should be making it's first appearance at a rally in steam since the mid 1980's. Some jobs like lagging, lining and refitting the canopy won't be complete in time, the aim being to complete them in time for the Rail Gala at Tinkers Park on 30/31 July when she will share duties with other Trust engines giving trailer rides.

As well as progress on the steam front you will see see progress on the site front, with twe new buildings complete, one under construction, a new platform for the Great Bush Railway and a short extension to the railway under construction.

Shall hopefully be along, wont be with the Allchin this year but will come and take some more photos :)
