This is a vintage lathe that has done very little work in it's long life due to the fact that it was installed in the maintainance dept of a cigarette factory (the Wills factory on Newcastle's coast road) Where there was another smaller lathe installed also.
Since the factory closure this machine has done 3 years light occasional work in my small workshop, the lack of wear to the bed and slide ways has to be seen to be believed.
