1" diameter glass tube

I require a 1" diameter x 3" long glass tube, with ground ends, of approximately 1/8" wall thickness for use as the delivery sight glass on a Wakefield Mechanical Lubricator. Does anyone know where I can obtain such an item?

The sections of tube have been ordered from Dixon Glass. They seem to be very obliging and reasonably priced.
