Fowler displacements lubricators

Is there a source of new 1/3pint (2.25" dia) Fowler style displacement lubricators out there? Because of my failure to drain ours it is frost damaged.

Try Paul Ransley , aka PAR1908 .

Will it silver solder ? I would bet that there are more of these items frost damaged than not .
