Festival of Surrey Life
 

We are holding a four day event over the Royal Wedding weekend (29th April – 2nd May) at our pub The Fox Revived (Charlwood, Surrey, RH6 0ET). The event is called Festival of Surrey Life, it is sponsored by Surrey Life magazine & the aim of the weekend is to bring together many different small organizations / groups within the local community.

We have some car / bike groups attending over the weekend, we are looking for some steam engines to feature as well, please contact if you would like to be part.

Vehicles from The Southern Counties Historic Vehicles Preservation Trust

The event will feature a variety of performances from:

Local schools
Variety of dance schools
Snippets from theatre production
Birds of prey displays
Gun dog displays
Punch & Judy
RC Helicopter flying show
Magicians
Martial arts shows

On Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings we have a different live acts playing, from a big band, a jazz trio, renound local folk band.

We have a selection of different local companies having stalls selling their products / services, these include:

A vintage clothing shop
A paintball shooting range
East Surrey wood turners - selling hand made wooden gifts
A local florist
Mudpie clay pot makers
A nail parlor
Ananda Healing - doing head massages

There will be a variety of old-school fairground games that will raise money for the Local Parish Council to help them restore the community notice board in Charlwood village.
