Geoff Theobold's Memorial
 

Can I please take this oppotunity to say a massive thank you to the Theobold family for putting on the memorial yestreday. It was a realy lovely event filled with laughter and many happy memories of a wonderful man.

Special thanks to Steve and Carol who made the event light hearted an very special indeed.
There were many wonderful vehicles in attendance. Including Geoffs wonderful big old Stanley steam car, a funny old Fiat Taxi, An Austin and a Morris I think. Also a funny tracked Military thingie. I hope someone will be able to identify more precicely what that was!

My thoughts an prayers continue to be with the family. And I very much look forward to seeing Steve rallying the steam cars next season.

I would also like to echo your post of thanks to the Theobold family. It was very interesting to learn about some of the things he got up to in his younger days.

The Tracked Military "thingie" was a Loyd Carrier and a fine thing it was too.
