Great Central Railway gala Oct 8-10

I'm taking Village Queen to this, I understand they are looking for more road engines and that transport can be arranged.

Anybody know what engines are attending the Steam Railway Gala at the GCR? This will be an excellent event, even better this year with the addition of road steam at Quorn!!

Had a good weekend although had a few problems with the engine. Three road engines in the end, ours, Peter van Houten's Foden and a nice RSJ single traction. There was a Ransomes portable coming but the owner farms and was taking advantage of a dryish spell to do some drilling.

Was a really good weekend, enjoyed it throughly even though it was rather a long one due to vehicle problems but well worth going to.
