Bank holiday Steam threshing Lancashire
 

Taking place just off the A59 at Aughton near Ormskirk Lancashire on 29 and 30th August is a new working event featuring many rare vintage tractors including the worlds oldest tractor "The Ivel", this is a working event featuring Ploughing, cultivating, cutting corn with the binder, vintage combines and steam threshing with Burrell engine plus much more.A good family day out also featuring kiddies rides, fairground organ, and good catering. Event based around a large concrete farm yard and surrounding stubble fields, with all proceeds for local charity.
