EATES Road Run 15th June 2019

The East Anglian Traction Engine Society held a 20 mile road run round North Essex, starting from the East Anglian Railway Museum at Wakes Colne. The route took in Fordham, Bures, Pebmarsh and Earles Colne before returning to the museum. As usual the photos are carefully selected as being the ones that happened to come out best! I think I've included everyone, but my apologies to anyone who's been left out!

First up, Aveling & Porter no. 12136 of 1928 leaving the museum.

Splendid work, Glen.
Everyone looked as though they thoroughly enjoyed it, with plenty of variety and some decent weather!
Anything else planned for this or next year?
Cheers,
FB.

Great event Glen. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. And the East Anglian Railway museum were so welcoming. Such a fanastic place to visit. Lots to see and do, young and old.

Thanks for sharing the pictures Bill. Please share anymore you have. Always nice to see them, whatever the quality.

Thanks Matt. Nice to have some encouragement. I'll sort out some more pictures tomorrow.
