Ellenroad Steam and Vintage Vehicle Rally May 5th and 6th
 

Just wanting to let members know about the second Steam and Vintage vehicle rally at Ellenroad engine house, Milnrow, Lancs
To be held again on the May bank holiday weekend, Sunday and Monday.

Last year the event attracted a good selection of steam traction engines, steam lorries, vintage commercials, miniature steam vehicles, classic cars and motorbikes. We hope to expand on last years event with an enlarged outside exhibition area available.

The engine house itself will also be in steam on both days, with a selection of working mill engines on display and the 1910 workshop in action.

The site is easily accessed just off junction 21 of the M62.

Just a bump and reminder about the event this weekend.

Quite a few confirmed steam vehicles, full size and miniature as well as the classic commercials cars and bikes.
Still room for a couple more if anyone is interested in attending.
Always room for visitors and spectators.
Can't promise anything but weather forecast is looking good too. :cool:
