The Orsett Show, Many Thanks
 
Not so much as show report as a belated Thak You to all Who exhibited on Saturday 3rd of September.

Not as many engines as My late Father used to get, but I think that things went O.K.

As I don't go in for event numbers, Many Thanks, in no particular order to

Mike Retman with His 'Built from parts' Super Sentinel' Tractor
Phil Retman with His nicely finished 1918 31/2 ton Foden Waggon
Jack and Tony Ready with their 1921 Burrell number 3882 'The Lurcher'
Ruth Atkinson with Fowler 'Nightmare' having had extensive repairs foillowing breaking a hind axle a few years ago, including new cast steel axlebox/hornstay units and splined hind axle to 'Military specification' which started out as a 71/2" diameter blank.
Jim Thompson and crew with Jim's 1921 Aveling and Porter E type Roller
Will Childs with His 1937 6 ton Aveling and Barford Roller
