Shildon Festival of Steam 4-6 May 2019

10-5 on each day at Locomotion, Shildon, Co Durham, DL4 2RE

5-7 full size engines, similar number of miniatures, plus steam rides on the site railway, displays inside the museum, including the Steam Apprentice Club and Formula Mamod. Be great to see TT'ers!

Free event, though a nominal charge for train rides. Also free parking.

I was there a couple of weeks ago when the GL5 group was setting up. It is well worth a visit and even more so at special events.
