Aveling water pump eccentric, strap and rod

I am missing the eccentric sheath, the eccentric strap and rod for an early Aveling R15 roller. I would think a R10 one would be close enough. Will consider anything. Crank diameter is 2.875".

Also missing the correct hand brake wheel.
