Steam engine at Usk Show on 13/9/25

A friend told me that a steam engine attended Usk Show yesterday but has no idea what it was.

Anybody know what it was?

Cheers
Carl.

That was my first thought, him living so close. But my friend said "it had 4 wheels".

Regards
Carl.

I thought he would have gone to Speech House Rally, so ruled him out.
Hopefully he will confirm/deny when he gets on here next time.

Regards
Carl.

Geoff said that there was a member of the Box family in the locality, maybe they had something stashed in the shed that went down 🧐

I was at Speech House yesterday - but, I was also at Usk show on Saturday with copious amounts of mud.
Sentinel S4, 9293 was also there courtesy of Hywel Mason.

I don't think the roller has been out anywhere as yet - I could be wrong though.

Last time I saw it was a few years ago at Wilson and Wildings' HGV test centre in Pontypool. It looked fairly complete then.
It had just failed the brake test. Nah, just joking.

Cheers
Carl.

Mystery solved. There was a very good vintage turnout. I know one exhibitor was planning to take10 tractors.

Cheers
Carl.
