Astle Park traction engine rally

Held this weekend at Astle Park in Chelford, Cheshire by the events office.

Who is going?

Never attended before but I am considering doing so this year , how many engines usually appear here ?

25 - 30 - give or take a bit.

Weather permitting I will probably be there on one of the two days , thanks for the info'.

We have just reloaded the wagon ready to go. Basil & Sams Boy will be in attendance with myself (as long as Sams Girl lets him!! :cool:

Just turned out of the Burley dam road on to the Whitchurch to Nantwich road to have an engine follow me, it was blowing off, but I couldn't see much more, it was a white unit if that helps?

Any ideas??

cheers, pretty much the biggest one about with the rubbers and canopy although i did hear a rumour of a 8nhp compound in Australia being found? anyone confirm this?
