Depends if you're looking forward or looking back! In my mind it's always the weekend after Driffield except when we have 5 weekends in August!

We've not been before but thinking about it. Is it Foden country?

ruston-tom 13th August 2015 01:00 PM

There is something for all tastes! The Wyeld family's Foden Monarch & the Smith's Colonial are regulars but there is always a number of visitors from further afield,

Having spent much of the last weekend ogling Monarch, I would say it's worth going just for that if Fodens are your bag. It's an absolute cracker of an engine, and a credit to the Wyelds! :)

I do have a passing interest in all things Foden. We've never been that far East before, is there a dress code?

weidner 13th August 2015 02:43 PM

David , I can highly recommend Lincoln . A good show in all classes , and excellent facilities on the County Showground .
