Strumpshaw Steam Rally - 23rd - 25th May 2015
 

Despite rumour flying around, I can confirm that the Strumpshaw Steam Rally will be taking place again this May Bank Holiday Weekend

Is there confusion in some people's minds because my understanding is that Stapleford, one of your other events, is not taking place this year.
By the way, Strumpshaw, a brilliant rally.

Without a doubt its a damn good show and it still has the feel of a proper steam rally where the main attractions are engines etc.

Hello All,
I have entered this year into the model section (first time at Strumpshaw), my question is has anyone had their passes yet? I have tried ringing the contact no for the organiser and get no answer. Our problem is we have booked the pets into kennels for the weekend and if we don't cancle soon we will have to pay if they do or don't go!

I will be there for the 1st time. Looking forward to it. I have a week in the area, so will take in another rally and as many transport related museums as possible.

Paul is away at the moment but will be sending out passes in the next couple of weeks

I had a issue with my envelope being very damaged by Royal Mail, first I knew of this was my SAE and insurance certificate being returned to me, 2nd was the cheque for the extra car pass being sent to the Norwich & Peterborough Bank. A quick word with Paul and he was very helpful and reassuring.

I shall be there (as normal) with my 4" Burrell Sybil, belted up to the new rack saw, which will be making its's 3rd public outing.
