I'll be going to this event for the first time this year.

Does anybody know what engines will be there please?

mugglesquop 16th July 2008 07:24 AM

I'll be there on Saturday, hopefully on Daves Foden! :D

Tim Mayhew 16th July 2008 07:27 AM

The tractor pulling should not be missed, as I gather the Mac will be giving a repeat performance this year but after dark!!!

We should be up on Thursday night if all goes to plan with 3126.

I'll have to come find you and seek the source of the cider!

Dave © 21st July 2008 02:28 PM

As there seams to be quite a few TT members going, perhaps we should have a gathering.

What do you think?

Sounds a good idea Dave...

Hopefully will find a decent source of cider Mugglesquop, a couple of years ago they were pressing the apples in a demonstration :P hee hee of course one has to have a taste to check quality in these things ;)

If not found with Cider my other occupation is being pulled around the rally field by a blonde lab who still thinks he's about 6 inches long even tho he is now 2 years old.

Hope to see you there guys... sounds like its going to be great fun :P

Dave © 22nd July 2008 12:42 PM

Unfortunately the cider making demonstration is not going to be there this year. Apparently they cannot get any apples?

Still lots to see!!!

Sir John 22nd July 2008 03:29 PM

If they went to Tescos and bought 50 quids worth, they could also get cheap fuel ........ Tesco pah - boycott the bastards I say!

I was there all three days camping in the field opposite. Definatly the best way to see the show and the atmosphere friday night around 11pm during the showmans engine pull and the beer tent. Will definatly be going again next year hope the wearher is similar.
