Firebars Bonfire

Just a few quick images from today. We were so busy chatting to old friends that we almost forgot to take some snaps. It was a great day as usual meeting up with nice people before the season closes. Many thanks to Tony, Sarah and the young ones for the invitation.

I wasn't going to mention the cake . . . .

You may have done, but I didn't, ;) it was equally as good in the evening, and I am very thankful to Tony and Co, and Brian for the Ice Cream! Very Nice!

The night is young, and it is still going on, but I came home early.

Cheers

Dave

I would echo David's thanks to Tony, Sarah and all others involved in organising this great little event. A warm friendly gathering where there were more engines present than anyone could reasonably expect, the sun shone and even an ice cream van was organised. Thanks for the invitation.
Barry.

We statred off gardening this morning then thought better of it and trundled over to Tony's again. Another fine day with a run to the pub with no beer.

Thanks to everyone who made the effort and turned out to make it a smashing weekend.

Thanks to all who cooked and brought food and drink etc.

Special thanks to the long suffering Mrs BF. She puts up with a lot!!!

I often wonder if its all worth it when we are preparing for it, but always come to the conclusion that it is!

Thanks All.

I see that 'The Waggoners' hasn't improved over the last 12 months.

Do you like nuts in your fruit cake? Almonds, Cobs, Pecans, Walnuts? Cherries?

David the more nuts the better! Tony hates nuts so will stop him eating all the cake!
