Are there any known Steam up's or day events taking place between now and Boxing Day around Cheshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire ?.

Klondyke Mill November 5th.

The Marshall is in bed now, I may see if I can empty the farmers pond at some point with the Merryweather, I recoln Staffordshire is just about in range with a 5/8 nozzle

Thanks...I've already had a look at the site hence the reason for asking. I used to go the Steam rally's held at Poynton Park some years ago.

Anyone remember them ?.

Reminder....Any Steam Up's taking place over Christmas and the New Year ?, There used to be quiet a few but interest seems to be dying out now !. Shame :(

Tez, Contractor can fill you in on the details but there is the Tom Barlow Memorial run from The Jolly Thresher @ noon on Boxing day. It's on the A56 near Lymm. I understand there will be 3 or 4 engines, tractors, commercials and cars. I've never been but will try to get there this year.

Contractor will put me right if I have the details wrong.
