We were there with the 4" Ruston and half sized (Toylander) Land Rover Series 1. Had a great weekend with good coal, good running and good company. Well done Pat once again for marshalling the miniatures and sorting us all out!
What better way to spend a weekend is there? Could it really have been Sellindge? Where was the cloud-burst and mud??? |

|
Bob and his dad are doing a grand job on his Foden, havent seen Burrell yet, but knowing Bob, it`ll be good.

Are you based down in Sellindge as well then Ross? Unsure on whether I met you a few years back when me, my dad and my now late grandad David Hirst went down there for a trip to see Bob Hobbs and various other people for more of his 'deals' which my grandad did. We turned up in his campervan and I remember sitting in one of the workshops with a group of blokes for ages whilst grandad had a good laugh with them and told them lots of stories etc... Slightly off topic I know. |
Left the wallis down there to do preston rally and fit rubbers.Be back in Surrey at end of the month.Wallis did better than expected.
