Cromford Steam Rally 2010

Another great day out at another local rally to me and it's the first time i've been since 2003!

Huge congratulations are in order to both the organisers and exhibitors for an excellent show!

I've decided this time to break my photo's up into different engine types. (If it works!) Click the relevant link below to go directly to your choice!

Thabks for posting the excellent pictures Traction Time, it was a great rally with good weather this year (the last two years had to be postponed). It was the first time out after boiler work and repaint for the Foden wagon, the inevitable 'niggles' were soon sorted, and the Jeffs' Fowler is now sporting its canopy lettering.

Think you lost a year Coal miner as 2008 was decent weather when I when i visited IIRC - (but summary history in the guide says 2007 was postponed due to weather) ;)

There were different engines on the saw at various times - this was Sunday pm.

Did anyone spot the 'impostor' chimney on the GMT? Dave was trying out the cast aluminium bronze chimney top for his Tiger tractor to see if it would polish up after getting warm, which it appears to have done.

Sorted my list of engines from this year and posted a photos of each Here

As people were asking for photos of the miniature I've added a section for them as well but I'm unable to correctly identify some to there guide entry no / owner, so info would be appreciated please on which is which - either by a note here or you can update the entry in the table directly. I've got afew more to add yet that are mixed in with 100's of other photos from the other sections and were snapped as they passed.

Have a number photos of miniatures from Cumbria as well to add to the page for that event for 2010 but a few from 2009 are here - Cumbria 2009
