Makes a great day or 2 and as said loads to see and do, does anyone have a list/idea of fullsize steam going to be there?

We're taking 3315. Also expect some new and interesting visitors. I've already arranged an engine swap for part of the event.

Just out of interest (it's a long way from the Isle of Wight to Co. Durham!) is this a 'full size only' event or do they welcome miniatures?

There were some Miniatures there last year. Your best bet would be to give them a ring.

Brilliant time last year, shame I won't be able to make it all the way up again this year :( Someone take lots of pictures please! :)

Excellent season opener , if the weather sorts itself out it will be a great day all round .
