7/8 x 12 tpi tap
I am looking for a 7/8 x 12 tpi tap or a suggested supplier.
Thanks Stu. |
Have you tried Tracey Tools? They are usually pretty good, reasonable prices too. Just google them for their contact details I dont have them to hand at the minute.

Thanks Paul,
Tracy tools do list a 7/8 x 12 but they have none in stock and are unlikly to get any in. They did have a die which is a good start. I could buy a new stay tap of the right size but at £250 seems a bit much when a "short" tap would do. Thanks for your help Regards Stu. |
There is another company that I cant think of the name of that will make taps to order, I get home next week, I'll try to remember to dig out their details, making to order sounds expensive but with a guide of 250 quid you never know!
