In this instance 5% + plus VAT on that. So £31800 would be what was paid.

Fee for seller would be between them an auctioneer I suppose, varies between auction houses.

Yes. But it is still for sale I understand.

Any idea what the minatures went for? I didn't go in the end - too much temptation to buy rather than build!!

Also wish I had known about the Burrell Plates. So I guess if we had all been there, the final price would have been considerably higher!! I may then have been in serious trouble with her in doors!!
