Weather forecast says sunshine and heavy showers all weekend, but hopefully it won't spoil the fun too much:eek:!

Went yesterday evening, heavy rain most of the day, very wet underfoot, not much movement, but great to see the ex Jack Meaker Burrell 1212 back on the circuit, looked fantastic.

Burrell 1212 looks superb, well worth getting drenched for.

I really wanted to go this weekend but the weather stuck the boot in :(
I understand there was to be quite a few engines there this year which hurts even more.

I know exactly how you feel! I was looking forward to going, but the weather forced me to stay in and do DIY!!!

I hope the Masham weekend is better and not as muddy as last year or I give up!

A very pi$$ed off Paul

I did manage to go last evening and keep a promise to see Ian Fearnley's DG6. The ground was in a terrible state with an ongoing battering from heavy rainfall. The Sentinel was worth the trip and Ian and son Jamie's faces were worth all the water and mud in the world! My heart goes out to all involved with the rally and admiration for spirits being kept high.
Vern.
