The Fowler was on show at last years Torbay Steam Fair and the details in the rally programme show it to be a Compound 7nhp Agricultural Engine works number 12046 built 1909. It was brought back from Australia in 2003 and is believed to be in ot's original paintwork.

The engine is 12063 as mentioned above, and it did indeed come back from Australia. The number is stamped on it. It was delivered on 13th September 1909 to Fowler's Sydney agent, W M Noakes, then went to H G W Thackeray of Young, NSW.
It is almost certainly in its original paintwork - the original lining is visible in places, and Richard certainly has not painted it.
