The Marshall roller rumour is true. It may well be joining us on the run up to the showground on Friday. That will make 3 of us going up together under our own steam. Should be a nice run of about 13miles.

I am also told that a Marshall roller is making is debut at Lincoln having never attended a rally before. Should be a Lincoln to remember.

Are those the "Joe Powell" wheels from the workshop on the back? I seem to remember the wheels on the engine as sold had the strakes removed and rubbers put on that did not look quite right.

Jim Smith is on his way to the Showground now with Pride of Wales, and so is Russ Inman with Pentland Queen.
