I can't see any pics? Have you set the album to public?

Better fix that.

Also put this in the wrong place.

Perhaps the site admin will oblige by moving it to show reports

Thanks

Thanks Stephen, looks to be a venue to visit on my bucket list.

You annotated the large model with the disco on the trailer, however it is a 3 ton Wallis tractor and is full size. Just it is the smallest usually made full sized engine by the UK manufacturers.

What is the linkage going into the RHS of the smokebox?

Paul.

You may be correct but I understood it to be a new build.
I think it has a smoke box regulator and super heaters, hence the lever.

8_10 Brass Cleaner 5th November 2014 07:27 AM

The lever is for a damper in front of the big tubes on the top row.

The regulator is in the normal place on the top of the cylinder. I can't see how it can thus be superheated.

It is a new build.

Thank Stephen, so is it a large model or a replica...I'll let others debate that one! Nice all the same.

It is a nice thing. I am only relating what others have told me about it. They may well be mistaken.

I like where the rifle is kept on the Foden, nice and handy.
Could certainly come in handy round here :)
