It's not a Lister - it's a Lister agents plate on a Ransomes portable.
The man is John Selway who owns this and a Garrett tractor as well.
Don't know where he's been, but he does look rather oil splattered!!!

We dropped by for a couple or three hours this morning.

It was pandamonium there today, in a good way, probably more stuff than I have ever seen before.

Typically 1882 caused a traffic jam with the McLaren on the circuit.

I took but a few photos.

The Wallis complete with about a tube full of silicone, not repairing yesterdays leak, I did a bit with it once with Chris Newton.

Yes i thought it 7920 , the one that was in our shed a few years back before going to Shrewsbury, is it still owned by Mr Jones ???.

No, he's sold it and bought an Aveling from Lincolnshire.

As far as I know NOTHING leaks on Mr Crampton's Wallis! Whenever I've seen it Chichester has been immaculate especially for saying it is roaded everywhere. The "leaky Wallis" may be the newly acquired one of Mr & Mrs Whittaker which will be undergoing repairs and further restoration.
