Is the Foden above the Ex Naval hybrid that they bought? if so there is a picture of it winching in Maurice Saunders book "Wood,wurlitzer & Wesley"

A DG chassis (if the rear axles are anything to go by) with a FG S18 'Vee' front cab?

Is that the Foden that was in Brunsdons yard in Stonehouse - it had a crane fitted to it the last time we saw it.
I assumed it was the one sold at the Willie Smith auction a couple of years ago.

The one pictured at Kemble deffinatly had different hubs, and was longer in the chassis from memory. I thought it was older than the cab?

The Foden with my Roller is certainly ex Blunsdons.

I thought the two pictures were a great comparison, but the flow of PM's seems to take joy in pointing out I am a tit - TT at its best yet again - lol

Yes you are both right, I can remember it in use.

It was converted in James Jones workshop, the front Axle is from a "proper" Foden Timber Tractor.

James Jones were long term Foden users.
