Smile Gloucestershire Vintage & Country Extravaganza 2022

Perfect weather and nice to attend the event after my last visit back in 2018. Given the current cost of living crisis, covid 19 pandemic and a lack of income for the organiser (due to cancelling in 2020 and last year), it's totally forgivable that there was a smaller number of Full-Size Traction Engines on site, this year. This isn't going to put me off though, would return again in the near future.

A new build by J Buchan, it goes extremely well and has done many miles under its own steam.

Was it related to the previous Colin Dix project that produced Warrior or an independent effort do you know? Great to see another of the marque out and about in full size as seemingly no originals survive.

Paul.
